Purchasing shipping insurance protects you against lost and damaged that could happen whilst your item is in transit. Whilst a very rare occurrence, damage and lost parcels do occur and its essential to have peace of mind with shipping insurance. Shipping insurance is bound to the following terms and conditions:1. If a package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it the insurance will cover you. The seller will open an investigation with the shipping courier and if they deem the package lost you will be entitled to a free replacement
2. If damage is suffered during transit to your address, you must
contact us within 24 hours to make a claim. We will then assess your claim and if eligible, ship out a replacement item
3. Items can only be declared as lost by the supplier. Insurance does not cover shipping delays. If an item has not been delivered after 3 months, then a claim is lodged by the supplier with the shipping carrier and if they deem the package lost you will be entitled to a free replacement. Customer cannot “declare parcel lost”. Any items in transit up to 3 months are not covered by insurance under “lost parcel” status.
4. Insurance does not cover you against damage to the product after receipt
